items are collectors items only and are NOT intended for use. No
responsibility is accepted for any damage or loss resulting from
use or attempted use.
UK postage is f.o.c. on any order.
Insurance on UK orders exceeding £50 is also f.o.c.
Overseas postage/shipping and in-transit insurance are charged
at cost.
Any
Import Tax or Duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Payment is required in pounds sterling before the goods are
despatched; this will be done within 3 working days of funds
reaching our bank account.
All goods are sold with a written invoice, describing the items
and warranting their authenticity.
If the buyer is not satisfied with the goods, the purchase price,
excluding postage/shipping and insurance costs, will be refunded
within 3 working days of the goods being received back in their
original despatched condition.
These Terms & Conditions shall be construed in accordance
with English Law and be subject to the jurisdiction of the English
Courts.
Your statutory rights are not affected by any of these Terms
& Conditions.
